Introduction scheme terms

  • The introduction fee is only payable if:
    • The person you refer gains employment in a permanent placement or is contracted to a client via the Rainmaker Solutions group
    • The person you refer works for a total of 12 weeks (permanent placements) or 20 chargeable days (contract placements)
  • One introduction fee applies per referral.
  • To avoid any doubt when there is more than one referee, we will pay the referral to the person who made the introduction first (assuming this leads directly to the placement).
  • The candidate must not already be registered with us or connected to our resourcing specialists on LinkedIn and similar networks.
  • Please note that we only pay referrals that lead directly to employment. For example: if someone you referred 12 months ago applies to one of our recent job adverts and then gains employment we would NOT pay a referral.  In this case the advert led to the employment and not the referral.
  • Payment of referral fees are made on a quarterly basis and only after the candidate has completed their 12 weeks’ employment (permanent) or 20 chargeable days (contractors).  You will be paid at the next quarter date following the completion of the 12 weeks of employment (permanent) or 20 chargeable days (contracts).
  • All referral fees are paid in shopping vouchers. Cash will NOT be given.
  • The £10 introduction fee is payable only if the candidate is short-listed to the client and all other conditions apply.
  • The terms & conditions are as noted above but may change from time to time.
  • In addition to the above the Rainmaker Solutions group retains the right to terminate or alter the terms &  conditions of the introduction scheme without any requirement to notify any of the other parties involved.
