A global leader in consulting services is looking for a Business Analyst, focused on Service Management. The contract will run until at least end of 2018.

Key responsibilities

  • Document existing processes.

  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive process design/reengineering.

  • Develop operational plans to improve manual processes and automate where possible.

  • Investigate systematic problems and business issues, consult key stakeholders, document proposed solutions.

  • Work with technical teams to provide documented business and technical requirements to automate solutions with technology.

  • Share best practices and mentor existing teams and share knowledge.

Key deliverables

  • Documented processes

  • Functional requirements

  • Reports where business requirements are not available

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent work experience required.

Experience

  • Experience in business analysis including experience of building user cases, or experience of Service Management / delivery focus.

  • Advance understanding of IT technology hardware and software.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Customer focused.

  • Possesses sound judgement and decision-making skills.

  • Strong problem and conflict management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse groups at various levels of the organisation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • English fluency is MUST (Both verbal and written).
