We are looking for an Operations Support Analyst – SAN/Backups/servers/SCCM for a permanent role.
Our Operations Support Analyst / Systems Engineer- SAN/Backups/servers/SCCM will support a core business unit. This position is a key member of the team and is responsible for day-to-day operational and technical support in the area of systems & backup platform operations across all data center environments.
Our Operations Support Analyst will have experience in:
·Onsite and remote engineering and support for all eDiscovery Data Center services, including managing the servers, storage, systems monitoring, replication & backup, as well as the specialized software applications for the specific business unit.
·Design, configuration, build, implementation, and maintenance solutions of computer servers, operating systems, related hardware and peripherals, and specific application software.
·Our Operations Support Analyst / Systems Engineer- SAN/Backups/servers/SCCM will therefore have detailed experience in, expert knowledge of:
·Microsoft Windows Server OS (2003-2012) (MCSE Certification a huge plus)
·Experience in larger data center operations, with experience in a 24x7x365 service delivery model supporting mission-critical business operations.
·Experience with supporting the daily operations and management of SAN solutions
·Experience with enterprise backup solutions; Legato, Symantec, EMC Networker or equivalent.
·Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions; Indicative preferred; SCOM, SCCM
