Our Client, a leader in the world of Data Delivery Networks in the UK, is looking for a first-class IT professional to take on a newly created role as a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant.

You will, in this role, lead solution creation, solution presentations and workshops, being at ease in front of the customer.

Equally, you will work with our technical and delivery teams aligning our capabilities to prospects and customers business needs. You will need to have a keen interest in technology, and a resourceful approach to overcoming technical challenges.

You will conduct the handover to the delivery teams and as you will be accountable for the quality of the solutions that you build, a good foundation in networking and IT infrastructure is essential.

Technically you need to bring/be able to:

  • Work closely with prospects, customers, the sales team and the technical team, building outstanding solutions
  • Design, document and present solutions in full, demonstrating their business benefits
  • Build solutions with WAN, Cloud, IP Voice, LAN, security and other technologies
  • Lead responses to formal tenders, RFIs and RFPs
  • Work with our Network Operations team to finalize technical solution
  • Work with our strategic partners to drive business by presenting value-based solutions
  • Hand over to the delivery teams and provide support throughout delivery
