Our client, a leader in Digital, Technology and Data Transformation, is looking for a first-class Service Management Consultant for a high-profile assignment based near Bromley, for a 3-month initial period (extension likely).
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Service Management professional, ideally ITIL certified to a high level and ready to consult on all things Service Management.
The role will sit within a high profile and highly technical Data Team, this experience isnt necessary but if you had experience managing / consulting on SD in a data environment that would be useful for contextual understanding.
You will be asked to deliver for our client’s high-profile client:
·Definition of KPIs and measures for team performance (OLAs etc)
·Definition of new service catalogues
·First class stakeholder management
·Broad ITIL Service Delivery management
We are looking for candidates that are able to consult, not just focused on BAU Service Management, we need candidates that can work through current operations, and define the various pillars of SD. (OLA’s, KPIs, etc)
