Our client, a leader in the Travel Technology space, is looking for a Solutions Manager/ Solutions Consultant.
The role is all about customer focused relationships; our new Solutions Manager / Solutions Consultant is tasked with thoroughly understanding our clients customers’ business in order to work with them with a consultative approach to solve business issues and implement new processes.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving customer engagement and strengthening relationships with plans to continually improve the overall experience by proactively working with clients as their trusted, consultative business partner
- Working with a portfolio of EMEA-based customers (approximately 10) comprising of medium to large airlines and other travel industry partners
- Scoping, pricing and negotiating customer requirements ready for implementation with, Requirement gathering, Preparation and submittal of commercial proposals
Skills we want:
- A passion for the travel industry, knowledge of the Travel industry.
- 5+ years’ experience in the travel industry, in an airline operational, IT or Travel software/solution provider role
- Travel systems experience – e.g. reservation systems, PSS or similar
- You may come from a BA, Architecture, Solutions, Technical or Delivery background.
